Hoshin Kwan Martial Arts Teen program

Hoshin kwan Martial Arts Teen program is designed for persons aged 13-17, and is intended for passionate and dedicated individuals who wish to develop their martial arts ability to full potential.

The program emphasizes moderate to advance skills and movements which will challenge the motor control process, a crucial aspect of  interacting with the world, not only determining action capabilities, but regulating balance and stability.

This teenage class also encourages qualities to lead a positive lifestyle by establishing confidence, respect, hard work and discipline for participants to achieve any goal they wish to accomplish inside and outside of martial arts.
